Terms & Conditions

SaaSWeft provides web development services including but not limited to:

• Custom web application development
• E-commerce solutions
• SaaS platform development
• UI/UX design services
• Website maintenance and support
• Technical consulting

All services are provided on a project basis with specific terms outlined in individual service agreements.

Client Materials: You retain all intellectual property rights to any materials, content, or data you provide to us for your project.

Deliverables: Upon full payment, all final deliverables (source code, designs, documentation) become your property. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Our Tools: We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivering your project.

Pricing: Project pricing is provided in proposals and may be based on fixed project fees, hourly rates, or monthly retainers.

Payment Schedule: Typically requires 50% deposit to begin work, with remaining balance due upon project completion.

Late Payments: Payments overdue by more than 30 days may incur late fees of 1.5% per month.

Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds for completed work are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Project timelines are estimates and may change due to:

• Client feedback and revision cycles
• Scope changes or additional features
• Technical complexities
• Third-party dependencies

We commit to maintaining regular communication about project progress and any timeline adjustments.

You agree to:

• Provide necessary materials and content in a timely manner
• Provide clear feedback and requirements
• Appoint a single point of contact for project communication
• Make timely payments as outlined in the agreement
• Obtain necessary licenses for third-party materials

Included Revisions: Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Scope Changes: Significant changes to project scope may require adjustments to timeline and pricing.

Change Requests: All change requests should be submitted in writing and will be evaluated for impact on timeline and budget.

We agree to maintain the confidentiality of your proprietary information and business strategies. You agree to keep confidential our pricing structures and proprietary methodologies.

Either party may terminate a project with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• You will pay for all work completed up to the termination date
• We will deliver all completed work and materials
• Any prepaid amounts for unfinished work will be refunded

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project.

We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. All deliverables are guaranteed to be free from material defects for 30 days after project completion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
